I am the Vice President of Oakland Grove Village Condominium and we used this cleaning company to clean up an owners unit. This unit was absolutely filthy and full of roaches. A few months ago things got really busy and we realized we needed help cleaning our home.   We did a search on Yelp and put out an inquiry for cleaners. Tropishine Cleaning was one of the first services to reach out to us.  They were also the only service that asked to come see our home first before they did an estimate.  Most of the other companies just gave a quote over the internet- site unseen.

We scheduled an appointment with them to walk through the house and we couldn’t have been more impressed with Michelle and Austin. From the moment they arrived, their personable and friendly demeanor set a positive tone for the entire experience. They were incredibly thorough walking through our home, explaining how they work, and giving us a fair price for an initial deep-cleaning and then a bi-weekly cleaning.

After the first cleaning, what stood out the most was their attention to detail and genuine care for their work. They went above and beyond, taking the time to address specific areas we were concerned about and offering helpful tips for maintaining cleanliness between visits. Their professionalism and dedication to providing top-notch service were evident in every aspect of their work. They are also sure to note what products we are running low on and what they’ll need for the next cleaning.

Not only did they leave our home looking immaculate, but they make the entire process enjoyable with their warm and engaging personalities. We feel comfortable and confident in their ability to handle the job, and they exceeded our expectations in every way.

Tropishine offers a quality service. The pricing is fair given the detail oriented work and time they take. Everyone they hire is part of their family. Literally. Which I find wholesome and smart. They offer different packages for cleaning schedules and also offer a deep clean service. We started with the deep clean and were impressed with the job so we hired them for a weekly service. They also let you know by text the day before to confirm the cleaning time/appointment and also give you a heads up on the day-of when they will arrive or if there is any kind of delay when the new time of arrival will be.
